The LG F2Y1HYP6J is a front loading washing machine with a 7kg drum and a stainless steel inner tub with embossed walls. Cycles are picked with a dial and a full touch LED display, which shows the time remaining on the panel above the door.

• Quieter running and steadier motion. The Inverter Direct Drive motor turns the drum directly, and 6 Motion Direct Drive moves it in six ways to soak, scrub and tumble.
• Start it when it suits you. The delay timer can be set from 3 to 19 hours ahead.
• Safe around children. Child lock and a door lock indicator stop a cycle being interrupted by accident.

The machine takes a cold water feed only. It measures 850mm high, 600mm wide and 440mm deep, with adjustable feet for levelling. Foam detection controls excess suds during the wash, and Smart Diagnosis reads out fault information if something goes wrong.
