We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Omek Gigs Appliance. If you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
