Delivery
We offer delivery free for products above Ghc60,000. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Delivery charges may apply depending on location and item size.
Returns and Warranty
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Returned items must be in original condition with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items that qualify for manufacturer warranty will be handled in accordance with the warranty terms provided. Refunds are processed based on the inspection outcome and may take up to 2–5 business days.
