The LG OLED55C56LA is a 55 inch OLED evo television. Each pixel makes its own light, so black areas of the picture are simply switched off rather than lit from behind. It sits on a centred pedestal stand and comes with an LG remote that has a microphone button for voice commands, with webOS on board for apps.

Black stays black, in daylight or at night. LG's Perfect Black display is UL verified and measured in typical indoor lighting of 200 to 500 lux, the sort of light a sitting room has through the day.
Colours hold their accuracy in a bright room. The panel is rated for 100% Colour Fidelity and 100% Colour Volume, independently tested by Intertek.
A brighter picture than earlier panels. Brightness Booster uses the new light emitting structure of the alpha 9 AI Processor Gen8.
Normal channels do not look soft on a screen this size. The alpha 9 AI Processor Gen8 upscales video towards 4K, with roughly 1.7x faster operation and 2.1x improved graphics against the entry level a7 Gen8 chip.
Find what you want by talking, not typing. The supplied remote has a microphone and an AI button for voice recognition.
Apps open straight from the remote. webOS is built in and included in LG's webOS Re:New Program for future updates.
