This is a 9kg front loading washing machine from LG, model P961RON9T. It stands on four adjustable feet and loads through a large round glass door, so you can watch the drum turn and see when the cycle has finished.

• Room for bedding and big family loads. The drum takes 9kg, marked on the detergent drawer at the top left of the machine.
• You always know how long is left. A digital display sits in the middle of the panel showing the time remaining, shown here as 3:00.
• Steam and TurboWash without hunting through settings. Both have their own buttons on the panel, alongside Pre Wash.
• Start the wash to finish when you want it. A Delay End button lets you load the machine and set the finishing time.
• Marks and fingerprints do not stand out. The cabinet and door are finished in dark charcoal rather than white gloss.
• Filter reachable without moving the machine. A small access flap sits at the bottom right of the front panel.

The four feet screw up and down, so the machine can be levelled on an uneven floor to keep it steady during the spin.
