The LG S4-Q24K2Q3L is a 2.5HP wall mounted split air conditioner from the DUALCOOL range. The indoor unit is finished in plain white with a curved front panel and a lattice pattern intake grille across the top, so it sits flat against the wall with only the LG badge and the DUAL Inverter marking on show.
