The LG T19V1NDHT2 is a 19kg top load washing machine. The lid opens upward from the top of the cabinet, so you drop clothes straight in from standing height rather than crouching at a front door. The body is finished in a dark brushed grey, with the controls set into a black panel across the front of the lid.

• Big loads go in together. The drum is rated at 19kg, which covers bedding, curtains and a family's mixed wash in one cycle.
• No bending to load or empty it. The lid lifts from the top, so the drum opening is at waist height.
• Pick a cycle by name, not by dial position. The panel has separate touch buttons for Normal, AI Wash, Quick Wash, Allergy Care, Wool, Downloadit and TurboWash, with a digital display showing the time left.
• Set water level, wash, rinse and spin yourself. Each has its own button on the panel, so you can adjust a cycle instead of accepting the default.
• Lint does not build up inside. A filter clips to the drum wall and pulls out in one piece for rinsing under a tap.
• Detergent and softener load in one place. A pull out drawer under the lid has marked compartments for both.

The panel is marked Inverter Direct Drive and ThinQ. The drum and pulsator are stainless steel with a dimpled wall pattern.
