Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your appliance purchase. If you're not, we're here to help make things right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Installation by unauthorized technicians voids the return eligibility for ACs and TVs.
How to initiate a return
- Contact Support: Reach out to us via our contact page or call us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Send us pictures or a short video showing the defect or issue with the appliance.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address or arrange a pickup (pickup fees may apply).
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Mobile Money, Bank Card). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's or mobile network operator's policies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to power surges without the use of a recommended voltage protector.
- Appliances that have been altered, customized, or tampered with.
- Items sold as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".
