The Sigma SAC-T18LX is a 2.0 HP split air conditioner from the Luxe range. The indoor unit fixes to the wall and runs on R410 refrigerant, with the condenser unit sitting outside the room.

The face is one sheet of matt black glass carrying only the Sigma and Luxe lettering. There is no patterned grille across the front to collect dust.
  • Brings a hot room down quickly. Turbo Starting Cooling pushes the 2.0 HP unit hard from the moment you switch on, and a larger air inlet feeds more air to the fan.
  • Put the air where you want it. Multi Style Airflow changes the pattern of air leaving the unit, while Gentle Cool Wind keeps the flow soft instead of one cold jet on a chair.
  • Made for humid air. Anti corrosion construction, full copper coils and a Golden Fin coating on the fins, the parts that stay wet with condensation.
  • Quiet in the room. Sigma lists this model as super quiet, and the compressor sits out in the condenser unit rather than on your wall.
  • Read the setting off the unit. A built in LED display shows what the air conditioner is set to, so you are not guessing.
  • A dark panel instead of a white plastic box. Matt black glass with a mirror finish and the Luxe badge set into the face.

The matt black carries over the top and the sides as well as the front, which is what you see when the unit is mounted high and you look up at it.

Sigma also lists anti-bacterial protection and easy installation and maintenance for this model.
