This is Sigma's 7.6 litre air fryer, finished in black with a plastic body. Food sits in a pull out drawer on a raised frying rack, and hot air circulates around it, so chicken, chips, fish and pastries brown without a pan of oil.
Everything is set from the touch panel on the top front edge. The display shows the time, and the icon buttons sit flat on the glass, so there is no dial or knob to clean around.
