The Sigma SBEC-60 is a built-in electric hob with four ceramic cooking zones under one sheet of black mirror glass. It sets into a cut-out in the worktop rather than standing on it, and every setting is handled by touch keys in the glass at the front.
- Four pans on the heat at once. Four electric cooking zones on a 60 x 60 cm top, so soup, stew, rice and a sauce can all cook at the same time.
- A zone to match the pot. The circles on the glass are not all the same size: two wider zones for large pots and two smaller ones for a saucepan or a kettle.
- Spills wipe off in one pass. The ceramic glass top is flat, with no burner heads or pan supports to lift out and wash separately.
- Touch keys, no knobs to grease up. A key for each zone plus a power button and plus and minus keys, all under the glass surface.
- Fits flat into the counter. This is a built-in hob, finished with a brushed stainless steel strip across the front edge of the glass.
