The Sigma SBEO-60 is a built-in oven in the standard 60 x 60 cm size. The cavity holds 65 litres, the front panel is stainless steel above a black glass door, and the oven is set entirely by hand using three dials: one for the cooking function, one for the timer and one for the temperature in degrees Celsius.
- A tray and a rack go in at the same time. 65 litres of cavity, shown here with a wire shelf sitting above a flat tray rather than one level of cooking at a time.
- Eight cooking settings, chosen with one turn. The left dial carries the function symbols, so you pick the heat pattern and move on.
- Browns the top of a dish. A grill setting is built in, for finishing gratins, melting cheese or crisping meat.
- Nothing to program. Mechanical control throughout: turn the middle dial for minutes and the right dial for the temperature.
- Check on food without letting the heat out. An interior lamp lights the cavity so you can look through the glass instead of opening the door.
- A front that wipes clean. Stainless steel fascia with a black glass door and a full width bar handle.
