The Sigma SJC-3400-GS is a citrus press for oranges, limes, lemons and grapefruit. You halve the fruit, press it onto the cone and the juice runs through the filter into a 0.8 litre jug with a handle and a pouring spout. The base is powered by a 400 W motor, with a metal band around the bottom and a black foot.
- Press and pour from the same jug. The 0.8 litre jug collects the juice under the cone and has a handle and a spout, so you lift the top off and pour.
- Two cones for two sizes of fruit. Use the smaller cone for limes and lemons, the larger one for oranges and grapefruit.
- Pips and pulp stay out of the glass. A filter sits between the cone and the jug and catches the coarse pulp as the juice drains.
- You can see how much you have squeezed. The body is transparent, so the level in the jug is visible while you work.
- The cone turns in both directions. The motor reverses, which works the fruit against the ridges as you press down on each half.
- 400 W motor in a weighted base. The lower section holds the motor and stays planted on the counter while you lean on the fruit.
Finished in silver with a clear jug and cone. The top section lifts off the base for rinsing after use.
