The LG OLED65C56LA is a 65 inch OLED evo television. Each pixel makes its own light, so the panel switches individual pixels off completely for black, instead of dimming a backlight across a zone. Resolution is 4K Ultra HD at 3,840 x 2,160, and the α9 AI Processor 4K Gen8 handles upscaling of lower resolution video.

• Black really is black, and colour sits cleanly against it. The 4K OLED panel uses Pixel Dimming, switching individual pixels off rather than dimming a backlight, with Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG all supported.
• Fast games stay smooth and sharp. The panel is 120Hz native with variable refresh up to 144Hz, response time under 0.1ms, plus G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility and a Game Optimizer dashboard.
• Console, decoder and soundbar all stay connected. Four HDMI inputs all carry 4K 120Hz, VRR and ALLM, with eARC on HDMI 2 for one cable audio to a soundbar.
• Apps open straight from the remote. webOS 25 is built in with a full web browser, Multi View, Google Cast and AirPlay, plus hands free voice control and the LG ThinQ phone app.
• Speech stays clear without extra speakers. 40W of down firing 2.2 channel sound with Dolby Atmos, Clear Voice Pro and α9 AI Sound Pro virtual 11.1.2 up-mix.
• Picks up terrestrial, cable and satellite. Built in DVB-T2/T, DVB-C and DVB-S2/S tuners with two RF inputs, so a dish and an aerial can both stay attached.

Three USB 2.0 ports, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, Ethernet and optical digital audio out are on the panel. The set runs on AC 100 to 240V at 50 to 60Hz, with the power cable attached, and draws under 0.5W in standby.
