LG OLED65G1PVA 65"

The OLED65G1PVA is LG's 65 inch G1 Gallery Design OLED. The panel is 4K OLED at 3840 x 2160, and because each pixel makes its own light, black areas of the picture switch off completely instead of glowing. LG calls this Perfect Black with Pixel Dimming. The frame is thin and flat all the way round, made to sit against the wall on a slim bracket.

• Dark scenes look properly dark. The 4K OLED panel dims pixel by pixel, so night scenes and black bars stay black instead of turning grey.
• Older films and normal broadcast still look sharp. The alpha9 Gen4 AI Processor 4K uses AI Upscaling to rebuild lower resolution video closer to the 3840 x 2160 panel.
• Everything stays plugged in. Four HDMI ports and three USB ports, with eARC on HDMI 2 for a soundbar and a LAN port if you prefer a wired connection.
• Apps open from the remote. webOS Smart TV with ThinQ, voice search, AirPlay 2, Apple HomeKit and screen sharing from your phone.
• Games run smooth and respond quickly. 100Hz panel with HEVC handling 4K at 120p, G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility, HGiG mode and Instant Game Response with VRR and ALLM.
• Cinema sound without extra boxes. 60W of 4.2 channel down firing audio with Dolby Atmos, AI Sound Pro and Clear Voice Pro to lift dialogue.

Picture handling covers Cinema HDR with Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10 Pro, HLG and Filmmaker Mode, and there are nine picture modes including two ISF Expert settings. Broadcast reception covers DVB-T2 terrestrial, DVB-C cable and DVB-S2 satellite, with an 8 day EPG and Time Shift recording. The remote supplied is the MR21N with two AA batteries.
