The Sigma SBL2009-CB is a countertop blender with a 1.5 litre plastic jar sitting on a black motor base. You turn one dial at the front to pick between two speeds, or hold it on pulse for short bursts. A grinder comes with it, so dry work like pepper and spices is handled by the same machine.
- Blends a full jug in one go. The 1.5 litre jar holds enough juice or soup base for a family meal, so you are not emptying it halfway through.
- Grinds pepper and spices too. A grinder is included with the blender, which keeps dry grinding and wet blending on one motor base.
- Two speeds plus pulse for tough pieces. Choose a slower speed for soft fruit, the faster one for smooth blending, and pulse in short bursts to break down harder chunks.
- One dial to learn. All the settings sit on a single knob at the front of the base, marked around its edge.
