The Sigma SGC-F6060G-1E-B is a freestanding cooker finished in black, with a four burner hob on top and an oven below. Three of the burners run on gas and the fourth is an electric hotplate, so a cylinder running dry halfway through cooking does not bring everything to a stop.
- Keep cooking when the gas cylinder runs out. Three gas burners and one electric hotplate share the hob, so you can move the pot onto the plate and carry on.
- Light the burners without matches. Auto ignition sparks the gas straight from the control knob.
- Bake and brown in the same oven. The oven has a grill, so a dish can finish under direct heat without moving it to another pan.
- Two dishes in the oven at once. Two wire shelves come fitted, at separate heights, and you can see them through the door glass.
- Heavy pots stay steady. The pan supports are cast iron, which holds its shape under a full stockpot.
A clear glass panel is hinged behind the burners and takes the splashes that would otherwise land on the wall. The front is black throughout, with silver knobs and a full width handle across the oven door.
