The LG MS2535GIS is a solo countertop microwave with a 25 litre cavity. It heats, reheats and defrosts using microwave power only, so there is no grill or convection element. Power is rated at 1150 W with five levels, and the flat glass front is operated by touch with an LED display and clock.

• Heat that stays steady rather than switching on and off. The Smart Inverter magnetron holds the chosen power instead of pulsing at full strength, with 1150 W available at the top setting.
• Turn the power down for delicate jobs. Five power levels, plus defrost and reheat functions for frozen meat and leftovers.
• Room for a large dinner plate. 25 litres inside, measuring 322 x 335 x 228 mm, turning on a 292 mm glass plate.
• Set it with a tap, not a dial. Touch controls, an LED display and a built in clock, with 8 cooking programmes including vegetables and yogurt.
• Children cannot start it on their own. A child lock is built in.
• Sits on a normal kitchen counter. 476 mm wide, 369 mm deep and 272 mm high, weighing 8.6 kg, with the door hinged on the left.
